Digital Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for creating, optimizing and reporting on our digital advertisements across multiple channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, and third-party sponsorships. This role will work closely with other members of the marketing team, including our SEO specialist, content team, regional marketing managers and creative. As a specialist in digital marketing, you will be excited to join the team and applying your expertise to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with team members to plan digital campaigns to reach new audiences and accelerate growth 
  • Execute on campaign creation within digital platforms including, Adwords, Bing, Linkedin and other 3rd party publishers 
  • Manage and optimize existing ad campaigns to reduce acquisition costs and get more bang-for-our buck 
  • Track and report on campaign results to ensure proper ROI and budget limits are met 
  • Educate the team and execute on best practices  
  • Bring creative ideas on new ways to better reach and engage with our target audience 

Qualifications we are looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3 years+ relevant work experience 
  • Proven track-record of creating and managing successful digital ad campaign 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple priorities 
  • Expertise across Digital ad channels 
  • Saas experience a plus

Being remote-first means we work extra hard to foster relationships, including daily coffees (only rule is don’t talk about work!) and an in-person get-together every quarter where we spend the time strategizing, planning as well as just talking, having fun and getting to know each other better. To date we have always done this in Frankfurt, Germany, where we have one of our offices. That’s why we sometimes call the time that we get together, on-sites. However, during the COVID-pandemic, these get-togethers have become virtual as well.
