Head of Customer Success

About Your Role 

We are seeking for a passionate, customer focused leader to build out our Customer Success team in the US and be a key part of our global expansion strategy. The success of our business is built on forging strong partnerships with our customers and our Head of Customer Success will be responsible for maximizing the value our customers receive.  

We are looking for a leader who shares our vision of bringing automation to complex, knowledge-based decision scenarios and driving digitization in professional services. Our ideal candidate is sharp, forward thinking, and committed to building complex relationships with our exceptional client base (including global law firms, banks, consultancies and top-tier corporates). The role demands someone who is passionate about the adoption of technology in the legal space, as well as focused on consulting with global businesses to provide cutting-edge apps with BRYTER .  

In this role, you will work as part of the global Commercial team, alongside a broader team of Sales Leaders. This is an exciting opportunity to continue building a team during a period of high growth.  

Responsibilities 

  • Build and lead a team responsible for helping our global customer base create highly innovative automated services to scale their businesses with BRYTER 
  • Further develop our customer success strategy for the US market and ensure its execution within the team  
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention across BRYTER’s US business 
  • Identify and advocate for new product features on behalf of our customers, as well as working with our world-class Product team to build new product features 
  • Travel may be required (when possible), whether this is to engage in customer meetings or speak at international events and conferences 

Qualifications we would love to find 

  • 7+ years of work experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment in account management or customer success 
  • Prior experience managing a team with a process driven and metric based approach 
  • Proven success building and executing a customer success strategy for enterprise customers 
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in SaaS or similar business models 
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others 
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a ‘self-starting’ environment. A builder, not a follower. A leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves and "show” not just “tell”. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Relentless curiosity to adapt and improve performance
