Being a Partner Manager with us:

We’re looking for a Partner Manager who will be part of BRYTER’s Partnerships & Alliances team, which is responsible for driving revenue through recruiting, onboarding, and developing VAR/MSP and technology partnerships. This is an exciting fast-pasted role with lots of collaboration with other teams within the business.

  • Identify and recruit partners to join BRYTER’s partner program covering several types of relationships including VAR/MSP/GSI/Boutique/Referral/ISV
  • Develop and manage our partner base in accordance with our global partner strategy by building scalable GTM plans with partners and driving co-sell activities including demand-gen campaigns, account mapping, joint POCs etc.
  • Manage and orchestrate external as well as internal resources to ensure ongoing partner enablement and development and drive partner success
  • Manage and drive partner engagement with the BRYTER direct sales team
  • Track progress, including coordinating the definition and reporting of KPIs, as well as leading periodic health checks, QBRs, etc
  • Drive regular executive level engagement with c-level & senior management to gain mindshare and ensure objectives are met
  • Work with marketing team to develop and execute joint partner marketing plans

About you:

  • The ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Experience in working with SaaS providers, System Integrators, Alliance and Technology partners
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
  • 3+ years experience in recruiting, enabling and developing services & technology partners
  • Previous experience dealing with complex partner ecosystems as well as recruiting business, subject matter experts, vertical consultancies as well as IT services in the RPA/Process & Content Automation space
  • Experience in SaaS software solution sales and generating new business through a channel ecosystem
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven capacity to build strong relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
  • Must be self-motivated, have strong self-management skills and should demonstrate basic leadership qualities
  • Team Player – able to work well with all functional groups
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • German language skills would be an advantage
