As a Talent Acquisition Partner your main area of work is to support teams in BRYTER’s product development area in their hiring efforts, by ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and building trusting relationship with candidates.
Furthermore you will build and execute a long-term strategy for our employer brand and how we discover and hire outstanding talents.
A typical day in this role could be about
- helping our teams to clarify and crystalize the requirements for a new role they’re just starting out to hire,
- screening incoming applications for the roles that we’re hiring for in the product area,
- facilitating our hiring process according to our team-hires-team approach, communicating clearly, proactively and most of all empathically with candidates throughout all stages of the process,
- scheduling and sometimes conducting interviews,
Candidates that just recently went through our hiring process share feedback such as “This was by far the best hiring process ever” and “I definitely want to join BRYTER because this was clearly the most straightforward and most personal process ever”. This means, candidates are used to a very high standard. A standard that we want to keep and even raise.
The strategic part of your work will involve building on the foundational work the People Team has already done in being able to clearly convey BRYTER’s remote-first culture and at the same time take it to next level, by leveraging it in long-lasting efforts to attract amazingly kind and talented folks to work with us.
In this role you will be part of our People Team and play a crucial and strategic role in enabling BRYTER’s continued growth. You will work with a high level of autonomy, while you’re part of team of seasoned professionals with big hearts and sharing lots of laughs.
What we are looking for
First and foremost you are an exceptional communicator. Whether it’s a Slack message in a channel, a Direct Message, an email to candidates or partners, or in any kind of video call: you tailor your message to your audience and you get heard. People that interact with you feel seen and understood. Because you care.
Your experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition shows in your ability to spot talents, conduct interviews and assessment processes, and ultimately in you keeping your calm, staying organized in everyday life of a hyper-growth startup. Ultimately, you’re dependable and you deliver.
Furthermore we’d appreciate it immensely, if you already have experience in reducing bias throughout a hiring process, building a diverse talent pool, building up outreach to groups under-indexed in tech, and all kinds of other measures that increase diversity across the people that we hire.
