As a Marketing Associate, you will help bring our marketing plans to life with a strong focus on social media, in-person events, and customer support & engagement. You will work closely with the wider Marketing Team to support the delivery of high-quality marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, engage our audiences and contribute to pipeline growth.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn fast, take ownership and gain exposure across multiple areas of B2B SaaS marketing. You are highly organized, proactive and curious. You enjoy turning ideas into action, keeping projects moving and making sure the details are right.

You will work cross-functionally with Content, Design, Growth Marketing, Sales and other teams to support campaigns and help ensure our marketing engine runs smoothly.

We are currently only considering candidates who are located in Germany, hold a valid driver's license, and have at least a C1 level of German proficiency. Ideally, you live within 200km of Frankfurt am Main. Travel will be required.

THE ROLE

This is a generalist role built around three core pillars: social media, physical event delivery, and customer support & engagement management.

Social Media
  • Own the day-to-day execution of our social media presence, creating, scheduling and adapting content for DE/EN audiences across channels.

  • Create, adapt and proofread marketing copy for social posts, campaigns and other formats in German and English.

  • Help coordinate the publication and distribution of content, including social posts, blog posts, newsletters and campaign assets.

  • Track social and campaign performance, help prepare reports and share insights with the team.

  • Conduct research on markets, target accounts, competitors, content opportunities and industry trends to inform social content.

Physical Events
  • Support the planning and delivery of in-person events, including venue and logistics coordination, invitations, on-site execution and post-event follow-up.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to represent BRYTER at industry events, conferences and onsites.

  • Support webinars and virtual events as a secondary focus alongside physical event delivery.

  • Help maintain the marketing calendar to keep event planning on track across workstreams.

Support & Engagement Management
  • Provide first-level technical support to our Legal AI Suite customers, managing follow-through and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Support ongoing customer engagement activities that build and maintain relationships post-sale.

  • Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks that help the Marketing Team run effectively.

  • Support updates to the website and other digital touchpoints in collaboration with the relevant teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Located in Germany with a valid driver's license.

  • At least C1 level of German proficiency; comfortable working in both German and English.

  • Ideally based within 200km of Frankfurt am Main.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Law or a related field.

  • Initial professional experience in social media, marketing, communications, customer support or a similar role; internships or working student experience can also be highly relevant.

  • Hands-on experience running or supporting social media channels and/or coordinating physical events is a strong plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong written communication skills and confidence writing and editing copy in German and English.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to learn.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, presentations and reporting.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage customer-facing engagement.

EXTRA POINTS FOR

  • Experience with social scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) or social analytics.

  • Experience planning or executing physical/in-person events.

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS, tech or professional services environment.

  • Fluency in Spanish.

  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Mailchimp or Eventbrite.

  • Interest in data, performance tracking and marketing operations.
