How we hire
We hire people who are experts in their fields. But just as important, people who are a great fit to join our teams.

After reviewing your application the hiring team decides whether to invite you to an interview. No matter if that’s the case or not, we will will always get back to you with an update.
We start off the interviewing phase, by having a short video call where we get to know each other, and where we usually ask some simple questions, such as “How did you find out about BRYTER?” and “When are you available to join?”.
After this step, there are at least two interviews: one around more technical and skills experience, and another one about your non-technical experiences. Whilst in the former we’re interested to hear about the kind of work you’ve done previously, in the latter we talk about topics such as how you like to give and receive feedback or how you handle fussy projects.
Please keep in mind that, depending on the team and the position you apply to, the exact number and order of interviews can vary. At the same time, we will keep you updated about what comes next, throughout the entire interviewing phase.
As to be expected for a remote-first company, almost all of our interviews happen via video-call.
During all interviews and stages, you’re invited to ask questions and for any kind of further information.
The interviewing journey, as well as the decision, is a two way street. It’s about you making a decision to work for BRYTER and the team deciding they want to work with you. If both sides agree, your Hiring Manager will go through the individual offer letter with you and discuss it.
Once we all agree to work together, we’ll start to prepare your onboarding and make sure you have the best start possible!
