About Us

BRYTER is the AI productivity suite for legal work, made actionable through rule-based workflows. Since our founding in 2018, we’ve enabled top global firms to streamline decision-making processes, driving innovation in highly regulated industries. Backed by leading investors such as Accel, Dawn Capital, and Tiger Global Management, BRYTER is transforming the way legal professionals operate.

As a remote-first company, we foster a culture rooted in trust, autonomy, and collaboration. We believe in empowering individuals through self-leadership, ensuring that each team member has the freedom and support to focus on what truly matters. Our goal is to create an environment where efficiency is key, and impactful contributions are celebrated. One of our values is to make the implicit explicit so please read through our Ai Use Policy for Candidates before applying.

At BRYTER, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where different perspectives and experiences are valued. We encourage applications from people of color, women, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals with disabilities, and those from other historically underrepresented groups. Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often hesitate to apply unless they meet every single qualification.
