We have launched a new version of BEAMON AI. It is faster, better and (we think) more beautiful. It comes with numerous features that are inspired by customer feedback and collaboration in the last months and, of course, our idea of the perfect AI workplace for lawyers.
1. Redesign
You may notice this one first. BEAMON has a new design: clear lines, reduced colors, focus on what matters. The document space is cleaned up, prompting and workflow libraries have received a facelift. And the overall look and feel is a bit more, well, mature.
Some options have been re-arranged, and the heart of it all, the Assist workplace, is set up differently to highlight what matters most.
2. Overall quality & speed
BEAMON is faster now, and gives better answers. This is dues to a number of factors, but most of all, we have tailored the different modes to specific tasks you have. If you summarize a lengthy document we will use a different mode than for comparison.
The model picker allows you to tailor even more. Also, precision in commands has improved, so BEAMON will answer exactly as you want it. Extensively, or in just 500 characters.
3. Improved Word functioning (with redline preview)
We know you work in Microsoft Word, so we put extra attention on this: the BEAMON Word plugin has gotten faster, easier and more powerful.
There are two modes: Chat and review. While the chat mode works like an intelligent assistant, the review functionality gives you editing capabilities including redlines and drafting propositions. Of course, you have all the extended functionality of BEAMON Assist in the browser like document and folder referencing, research capabilities and additional web-content readily available in the Word plugin, too.

4. Export to Word
Small but important feature: Get an export from your Assist chat directly in MS Word.
This allows you to create outputs with a push of a button.
5. Hola! Hallo! BEAMON is international now
We have users around the world and while English is working just fine for most, some countries now get a more localized experience: there are Spanish and German user interfaces available now and more will follow.
6. Prompt Library Individual & Company
The prompt library is extended and fully customizable now. This allows you to create and store your own prompts, as well as the ones you receive from your admin/tenant and teams. Some prompts can be extensively detailed – and quite lengthy, for best results.
This feature saves you time and headaches and spares you mundane copy-pasting. Also, have a look at the prompts we saved for you.
7. Expanded legal sources (India, UK, Case law)
We know that research is key, so we have expanded our case collections to include more law libraries and resources. With this release, we have added Indian law and a number of case collections to other countries.

8. Voice to Prompt
You can now use BEAMON AI as your true assistant – in voice mode. Yes, lawyers love this, so we built this directly into assist.
9. Translate
We have updated the translation capabilities and we are now – for large documents – partnering with DeepL. This allows you to translate accurately and with ease, both small texts and long data sets.
10. Workflow Store and included apps
BEAMON AI now comes pre-loaded with out-of-the-box workflows. From simple tasks like a summarize library for claims or briefs to complex workflows for mass litigation or document remediation and repapering.
