Technology is improving business practices across the legal industry. Technology like BRYTER no-code app builder equip everyone, without requiring any programming skills, to turn know-how and tasks into digital, scalable and interactive applications. And while technology continues to improve processes, it is and will always be one aspect of a successful business. Good business practice demands diversity. BRYTER objective in sponsoring these Awards is to publicly advocate for the success and positive impact of diversity.

From its inception, diversity has been a success factor at BRYTER. Its remote-first strategy, in place pre-Covid-19, enabled the company to build a diverse hiring pipeline attracting people from across the world and fosters a culture which supports people’s personal obligations. Ultimately, this has resulted in an international team with employees from over 15 countries and different backgrounds.

Diversity is at the core of all successful businesses. As Legal Tech fast emerges as a new industry, at BRYTER we are committed to helping make sure it is one which values, encourages and supports diversity right from the outset.
