Technology research and consulting firm, Gartner, publishes its Voice of the Customer Report based on independently verified ratings and reviews by customers on the Gartner Peer Insights platform. The Voice of the Customer Report is relied upon by IT decision makers globally, alongside Gartner expert research, as part of the software buying process.
As part of the Voice of the Customer Report, Gartner places vendors in one of three categories: Aspiring, Strong Performer or Established, with one vendor listed as Customers’ Choice. This year, BRYTER is one of seven vendors categorized as “Established”, alongside industry players like Microsoft and Outsystems.
