Joshua Farmer took over to present a live demonstration of BRYTER’s document automation capabilities.
The demo showcased the creation of a lease agreement, illustrating various features and functionalities.

The demo started with an intake form built on BRYTER’s no-code platform, which integrated data from Salesforce and other sources.
“This is a live list that connects directly to this list of accounts here in Salesforce,” Farmer explained, demonstrating how address and other information were automatically populated in the document.
Farmer highlighted the dynamic aspect of the platform: “Our table has been generated, and you’ve got the total amount because we’re storing within our service catalogue what the monthly amount is for these additional services.”
Handling Conditions and Automation
The platform’s ability to handle conditions and automation was a key focus.
For instance, clauses were dynamically included or excluded based on user selections.
“These templates were uploaded from Word, and then you can essentially just choose which values go into which placeholder area,” Farmer elaborated.

Paterson addressed the scalability and maintenance of document automation solutions.
“Integrations are key. You never wanna do something in a vacuum pulling in information from existing sources, re-uploading them to others,” he remarked. Clean data handling and relational databases were emphasized as crucial elements for a functional system.
Embedding and Customization

Paterson mentioned, “If you’re releasing it internally, you can embed these tools directly into Salesforce, into Teams, into SharePoint, into your intranet.”
